Can I do an exchange if the sizing/fitting don’t fit me?
We do not exchange but we accept return. You may return your item and store credit will be refunded for your next purchase. You may use it to purchased your preferred item.

We only accept returns for items that are in its original condition (with tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). You will be issued a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s). Delivery fees to return your order, if any, will not be refunded.

*Purchase of sale items( eg : Mother's day codes, Xmas codes and other special codes), intimates, accessories, bag and specifically stated non-returnable items are final and cannot be returned.


How do I return unsatisfactory item(s) & Defective Items ?

I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?
We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon receipt.


The color look different from the website.
Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.
