Return & Exchange

Can I do an exchange if the sizing/fitting don’t fit me?
We do not exchange but we accept return. You may return your item and store credit will be refunded for your next purchase. You may use it to purchased your preferred item.

We only accept returns for items that are in its original condition (with tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). You will be issued a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s). Delivery fees to return your order, if any, will not be refunded.

*Purchase of sale items( eg : Mother's day codes, Xmas codes and other special codes), intimates, accessories, bag and specifically stated non-returnable items are final and cannot be returned.
*A processing fee of RM6 (WM) & RM10 (EM) will be deducted from your store credits if free shipping had been provided for the order.


How do I return unsatisfactory item(s) & Defective Item(s) ? 
Simply fill out Return Form and attach inside the Return Parcel.

If you received defected item(s), kindly keep return postage receipt, attach together with Return Form & Return Parcel and also do email to service@morre.co if item(s) deemed faulty.

MUST be verified by Morre Return to be eligible. Postage fee will be credited into Morre account accordingly.

*All Self-collect order(s) collected beyond day 15 are NOT eligible for return & exchange.

*All items must be shipped back within 5 working days ( MALAYSIA ) / 10 working days ( OUTSIDE MALAYSIA) upon item received.

*Return without meeting the criteria will be charged for another RM10 such as return product without original packaging, late return and etc.
*Please note that return parcels may take up to 3 working days to be processed.

*All refunds are in Credit Term. NO Cash Refund(s) allowed.


I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?
We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon receipt.


The color look different from the website.
Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.


Return Terms & Conditions :

  • All Item(s) must be returned in original condition(unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
  • Return without meeting the criteria will be charged for another RM10 such as return product without original packaging, late return and etc.
  • Not applicable for Sale items, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items.
  • Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
  • All items must be shipped back within 5 working days ( MALAYSIA ) / 10 working days ( OUTSIDE MALAYSIA) upon item received.
  • Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us. 
  • We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
  • We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed. 
  • All return/exchange request will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
  • Return won't be accept if we do not receive RETURN FORM's email.
  • All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
  • Sales items may have slight defects/color descrepancies /measurements descrepansie and are strictly not returnable.
